Freedom Fest features some of the hottest names in R&B and Hip Hop and celebrates the heritage and triumph of Birmingham! Freedom Fest is designed as a celebration of heritage and is poised to be the seminal event every year to celebrate the triumphs of Birmingham’s Civil Rights history and its commitment to forging a united future.

Proposal:

Production Management for audio-visual production, artist hospitality, crew labor, and communication between departments.

Delivery:

Provided staging and audio-visual production
Pre-event site and risk assessment
Managed operation and logistics of AV equipment
Stage and power distribution management
Assist back-of-house hospitality and artist transportation
Assist with stage management and security

Results:

Annual festival in Birmingham thousands of attendees in the first year
Headlined by 8 Ball & MJG and featured talent such as Midnight Star, Love Moor, Musiq Soulchild, Ruben Studdard and Translee.
