Proposal:

Management for audio-visual production, activation set and merchandise for Drew Estate Acid Cigars VIP section.

Delivery:

• Provided audio-visual production and satellite tv.
• Pre-event site and risk assessment
• Managed operation and logistics of AV equipment, merchandise and company assets
• Coordinated local labor to assist setup and breakdown of activation for 4-day event
• Assisted with ID checks and security

Results:

• The show attracts over 80,000 visitors, displays over 40,000 artist from 35 countries and growing
• Acid Cigar sold out of all merchandise and cigars by end of 4-day show
