Funk Fest 2019

Proposal:

Production Management for audio-visual production, artist hospitality, crew labor, and communication between departments.

Delivery:

• Provided staging and audio-visual production
• Pre-event site and risk assessment
• Managed operation and logistics of AV equipment
• Stage and power distribution management
• Managed back-of-house hospitality and artist transportation
• Captured aerial footage and video of the event for a recap
• Assisted with stage management and security

Results:

• The largest crowd in 20 years
• Festival held at Central Florida Fairgrounds in Orlando, FL
• Hosted artist such as T.I., Jagged Edge, RBRM, Raheem Devaughn, and Erykah Badu.
• Festival held in Orlando, Birmingham, Louisville, and Atlanta.
